Great Scott Bowl, from Pineapple Pass. A big, beautiful bowl hidden
behind Draft Dodger Ridge. 36 degrees at the top, then mellowing out to
be practically flat (for some nice coasting), before it steepens up again over
the lip at the top of the photo. It's 1400' down to Source Lake from
here.
You can get there by hiking 500' straight up it, but nobody does
that. Everybody takes the much more convoluted adventurous way (see the
Pineapple Pass pages).
